Reading and discussing interesting, timely, topical, and inspirational selections This group read books from the UMW library (located in the Parlor).  The selections are interesting, timely, topical, and inspirational, and chosen by the group each month.  We meet for discussion of each month's selection on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 1:00 in the Parlor.  All women are invited.   On September 27th, we will be discussing "I Love Growing Older but I'll Never Grow Old" by J. Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others recover from alcoholism.  The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.  The Main Street Group Meets Wednesday nights in the basement Recovery Room B1.  Childcare is available.

TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is the short name for TOPS Club, Inc. organization.  We meet every Thursday, weigh in is at 9:10am and the meeting starts at 10:30am.  The first meeting of every month is a business meeting.  The meetings the rest of the month deal with a subject matter that centers around health topics to help us face our challenge of health and weight loss.  An example might be portion control, healthy heart, type 2 diabetes, food addictions, exercise...…
