Welcome to Hillsboro United Methodist Church! Youth Ministry
At HUMC we are a church committed to classes, programs and activities for our youth. We have a special Youth Team that works with Kevin Love to plan and execute outings, service projects and activities for our youth. There is a special Sunday Small Study Group, under the direction Mary Foote, just for youth each week at 9AM. Our youth participate in a cooperative youth group with other churches each month and also in HUMY, a Methodist youth group that meets primarily for excursions and volunteer work. The youth also participate in Youth Book Club on the second Friday of each month.
January
January 14-16 - Winter Retreat
January 29 - Youth Group - The Clarkson's will be hosting youth group in their home that evening.
February 5 - Family Bridge - We will prepare, serve and enjoy a meal with our Family Bridge guests.
Youth Book Club
This group is for anyone interested in youth literature. We meet the second Friday of every month at 6:30 pm. We discuss a book of the group's choosing have a snack and choose books for the coming months. Here are the books and authors chosen for the next three months:
